Memories of my Auntie Kay

Created by sheelagh 4 years ago

I was shocked to hear Auntie Kay passed away so close to her 100th Birthday , especially as she loved a party.

I've so many vivid memories of her visiting Dublin to see my mother Rosarrie and her other sister Phyllis. They spent many happy holidays abroad and called themselves the Golden Girls on tour.

She absolutely loved fashion and was a gifted seamstress always in the latest style with beautiful coiffed red hair.  I loved her wonderful spirit and to read her endless newsy letters.

May she rest in peace with her beloved Michael and Rosarrie. No doubt they are having a great natter ! She now the brightest star in  the sky watching over everyone..

She will be sorely missed by all..

My deepest sympathies go to Olive , David and their extended families..

With Sincere Sympathy ..

Sheelagh and Con
