i have a lot of admiration and respect for dear Kay whom i mainly knew in her later life when she lived in Liphook, Hampshire. Kay had a very close relationship with my mother Rosarrie and her sister Phyllis, they spent many a holiday in Spain or Italy over the years. I remember many of the tales and fun they had sharing a room, and I have some lovely photos from those times. What memories.

Kay was a very strong and determined person, who was extremely house proud and who maintained the most beautiful garden full of amazing plants and flowers. It was her pride and joy. I was also so impressed by her determination to move house in her late 80’s and to downsize to her lovely bungalow. 
“ Death ends a life, not a relationship” this quote has helped me come to peace with the passing of Aunt Kay. Although she is no longer here in earthy form, I know our memories together live on.      Audrey
